Overview
ABDT-B explosion-proof remote transmission device is a remote data transmission device that meets the requirements of Class ⅡB explosion-proof. It uses a 32-bit ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer as the core and an intelligent digital LCD screen as the display window. While improving the computing speed and reducing power consumption, it more intelligently displays the operating status and communication status of the device, making it easier to find device abnormalities and troubleshoot faults. The data interface of the remote transmission device adopts a Zener safety protection design. When a fault occurs on site, the device and the on-site equipment are protected in both directions. The AC220V power supply end adopts lightning protection and surge protection design.
The device adopts an advanced data transmission mode to meet the needs of on-site data acquisition, storage, analog quantity acquisition and accumulation. The device does not need to be powered off or opened on site, and can configure working parameters, network diagnosis, instrument communication test and other functions through glass windows and infrared buttons. After the module is disconnected from the network, the device can collect and store data according to the predetermined collection interval, and can store up to 1,600 historical data. After the network is restored, it will be automatically uploaded to the server to avoid data loss.
