On March 29, 2002, incorporated in Weifang High Tech Zone, and made the future mission of the company

In 2004, "AOBO" trademarks were registered, and the first flow instrument and measurement & control technology seminar was held.

In 2005, GPRS wireless remote meter reading system was successfully developed, marking the successful launch of remote meter reading system; In September, the second flow instrument and measurement & control technology seminar was held.

In 2008, GPRS wireless remote monitoring system passed the achievement appraisal of provincial science and technology department; and won the second prize of Scientific Achievements in Shandong Province.

In 2009, the unattended heat exchange station control 1.0 system was independently developed successfully; the independently developed MC51-W six channel flow heat integrating instrument obtained a state patent; the company passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

In 2010, the ultrasonic flowmeter was independently developed successfully, marking that the company became the first manufacturer of ultrasonic flowmeter in Shandong Province. In October, it was moved to Hanting High-Tech Industry Park.

In 2011, the "unattended heat exchange station control 2.0 system" was improved and upgraded, and was put into the market.

Newly built project with annual output of 80000 "household Heat meter"

In 2014, the "intelligent steam/hot water IC card prepayment controller" obtained the national invention patent, the company was recognized as a "Double-Software Enterprise", and the "Weifang Flow Measurement Engineering Technology Research Center" was established.

In 2017, the self-developed "remote monitoring and control system for energy consumption" was awarded a second prize for progress in science and technology.

In 2018, Weifang Aobo made appearance on No.580 documentary of CCTV-Discovery, i.e., “Quality”, and the self developed “dual channel ultrasonic flowmeter / heat meter" project was included in the 2018 Weifang Science and Technology Development Plan. A standard laboratory with area of 1600m2 was built.

In 2015, the fourth training course and seminar on flow instrument and measurement & control was held. In the same year, the new large-diameter online dual channel ultrasonic flowmeter / heat meter without cut-off was independently developed successfully, substituted the imported equipment and filled the domestic vacancy.

In 2016, the dual channel ultrasonic flowmeter obtained 2 software copyrights and 2 utility model patents.

Recognized as a Weifang Municipal "Specialized and New" Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise

The established Weifang Flow Measurement Engineering Laboratory recognized and accepted;

Recognized by Weifang Municipal Enterprise Technology Center;

Applied for and recognized as an enterprise cloud service provider in Shandong Province;

Selected into the national small and medium-sized technology enterprise library;

Selected into Weifang invisible champion cultivation library;

Established Weifang Aobo Party Branch, and established and improved the organizational structure of enterprise union.

In 2021, "Research and application of dual channel ultrasonic flowmeter/heat meter" won the second prize of Weifang Science and Technology Progress Award. Ultrasonic flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter and vortex street flow sensor have won Shandong high-quality brand. SIL certification, special equipment production license, enterprise credit rating certificate AAA, intellectual property management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, three utility model patents, and ultrasonic water meter passed the type evaluation.

In 2022, two national invention patents will be obtained; 1 utility model patent; 2 software copyrights.
