Product Overview

This integrated pressure transmitter belongs to the supporting product of the wireless monitoring system for fluid pressure monitoring. It is suitable for the pressure monitoring of the production, storage and transportation process of oil and water wells, the monitoring of water supply network, the telemetry of water conservancy and hydropower, the pressure detection of gas pipelines, the liquid level detection of rivers, lakes and seas, etc. Using micro power wireless communication mode, no wiring, installation is faster, safe and convenient. The standard pressure measurement signal can be easily connected to the measurement and control system through wireless network transmission, which has a wide range of applications. (1)I / O is the IO port connected with the computer;

Online logo: the communication between the instrument and the server is successful. This flag indicates that the instrument is online. Activation status or data networking flag: if the instrument is not activated, n will be displayed; if it is activated but GPRS is not attached, it will not be displayed; if GPRS is attached successfully, G will be displayed.


Installation method

(1)The measurement range required by the process is consistent with the range of the transmitter to be installed.

(2)The thread specification of process installation connector must match with transmitter.

(3)When installing the pressure transmitter, first close the valve (needle valve or gate valve) on the pipeline to install the pressure transmitter. Then there are two installation methods: First screw the transmitter directly into the upper port of the valve;Second, Screw the union or adapter into the upper port of the valve, and then screw the transmitter into the upper port of the union or adapter. In this way, the direction can be adjusted by adding union or adapter. After the installation, open the needle valve to confirm that there is no leakage, that is, the installation is qualified.

 

Special instructions

The transmitter needs to be installed with SIM card, and 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT network is selected according to the supply situation, generally 2-G card. If you are a VPN user, please consult the local operator about the password and login information of the network settings.

1、确定工艺要求的测量范围与要安装的变送器量程一致。

2、工艺安装的接头螺纹规格必须与变送器配套。

3、管道上安装压力变送器,先将管道上的准备安装压力变送器的阀门(针型阀或闸阀)关闭,然后有2种安装方式:(1)将变送器直接旋入阀门的上端口;(2)将活接或转接头旋入阀门的上端口,再将变送器旋入活接或转接头的上端口,此种安装方式以增加活接或转接头来调节方向。安装完毕,开启针型阀阀门确认无渗漏现象,即安装合格。
