ABDT-IC Card Intelligent Controller

The ABDT-IC card intelligent controller adopts the original Philips non-contact RF card, which has stronger confidentiality and higher security. The controller combines the energy field metering instrument, the energy supply center end customer charging and inquiry system, the center end remote data monitoring system, the client side metering control box, and the client side valve control system to form a prepaid energy automatic metering remote monitoring system, which is suitable for metering and charging the flow (heat) of all kinds of energy (hot water, steam, natural gas, other gases and fluids). System Characteristics

(1) Smart radio frequency

Contactless IC card is adopted to completely solve the defect of poor contact of contact IC card.

System Principle

In the system, IC card controller is connected with the flow (heat) totalizer, and the data of the flow totalizer (including instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, pressure, temperature, density, power-off time, setting parameters, etc.) are transmitted to the controller through serial communication. After IC card recharging, the amount purchased by the user is input the controller by keeping the card closer to the IC card sensing area to prompt the successful card swiping. The internal microprocessor CPU carries out real-time calculation, comparison, logical judgement and other data processing on the received instrument data and IC card input data. When the recharge amount of IC card (the amount of steam purchased) is less than or equal to the setting balance alarm value, the controller buzzer will alarm, the remote meter reading software will alarm in a web page, and send a message to mobile phone of the designated person; When the steam margin is less than or equal to the valve closing margin, the controller sends a signal to close the valve and sends a message to the designated mobile phone number. The closing degree of the valve can be controlled according to the requirements, realizing the purpose of automatic management of prepayment.
