In September 2019, the customer searched through an online promotion platform that our company is a professional manufacturer engaged in the production of instruments and meters, with multiple independently developed patented products, especially the IC card prepaid intelligent measurement control system that they are most concerned about. With a try and try attitude, we contacted our company. After multiple communications and detailed understanding of the functions and advantages of our company's IC card prepayment system, Mr. Ding decided to immediately fly to Weifang, Shandong to conduct a field inspection of our company.

After conducting a detailed investigation of the company's products, scale, and internal management, this client signed a contract with our company on September 19, 2019 for the first batch of 5 sets of main pipeline steam flow meters and 6 sets of IC card prepaid intelligent measurement control systems. Due to Xinjiang being a remote region with a long logistics cycle, in order to ensure that customers receive goods as soon as possible, our company has arranged personnel to work overtime to produce and debug products. After receiving the goods, our company immediately dispatched technical personnel to Xinjiang to assist the customer in installation and debugging. We also conducted an analysis report on the customer's on-site environment, working pressure, temperature, etc., in order to provide better technical support and later maintenance.

After installing our company's steam flow meter and IC card prepaid intelligent measurement control system, the issues of inaccurate measurement and large on-site pipe damage were immediately resolved. The customer is very satisfied with our company's products and has expressed deep gratitude to the company. In October 2019, 23 sets of IC card prepaid systems were ordered again, and multiple product ordering contracts were subsequently signed.
